How to pay by check?
Payment by check is a processing service that allows customers to pay for cigarettes over the Internet using a check without the need to actually mail a check.
To pay by check please follow the steps below:
Open your checkbook.
Pull out the next valid check.
Copy all relevant information from that check to the last checkout form.
Press the "Complete Purchase" button on the last checkout form and wait for the confirmation screen.
Write void on your check and keep it with your printed receipt.
Make sure to record an entry in your check register for the total amount spent and the check number. You will see this transaction in your monthly bank statement soon.
What is your Chargeback/Refund policy?
We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks or any customer who is attempting or threatening to do so.
Such Customers will be immediately banned from making any future purchases on our website and affiliate sites.

When will my order arrive?
Regular shipping is 10 to 21 working days from shipment date, excluding weekends and holidays. When there is a delay with USPS, this is extended to 35 working days from shipment date.

What is your delivery process after placing an order?
Once an order is placed with us, it takes up to 7 days to process, after it has been processed, we then send the data to the warehouse. Once the warehouse receives the information it requires to ship your order, it the packs the orders in batches. Once a batch is fully packed, it is then sent to our logistics center, and then is sent out either via priority airmail. Orders shipped via airmail take between 10 and 21 business days to arrive.
What if I have ordered and still have not received the goods?
Please allow up to a maximum of 35 business days for them to arrive. If they have not arrived in this time, please contact us either via e-mail or call us on 1 866 417 8369, and we will arrange for compensation on your order, depending on whether or not you insured your delivery. Please note that these times are from date of shipment.
What if I ordered 6 cartons and received only 4?
We dispatch the cartons through Priority Air Mail. In case of multiple cartons we pack them as separate shipments individually. We mail the cartons not at the same time, their arrival dates may vary. It may take from 10 to 35 days for the full delivery to be executed.

Are imported cigarettes subjected to duty taxes?
No. Duty tax is not charged for buying and importing up to 200 cigarettes every 21 days (for all countries except U.K., Ireland, France and Canada), and 1,200 cigarettes every 21 days (for US). freetaxdepot ships each carton separately to its customers, i.e. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you in 5 separate packages all sent in a few days´ interval and thus they will not arrive simultaneously.
Does freetaxdepot guarantee that no duty tax will be paid worldwide?
No. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and abide by all applicable laws concerning the delivery or taxation to their region. Some countries may occasionally change international postal regulations and standards.
What should I do if I have to pay duty tax in order to receive my order? Pay the duty tax and collect the parcel. The total amount of your order will still be much lower than the regular retail price.
